PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that construction activity under Indiana Rule 5 is to commence in November 2011 for the following projects

1)      EJ&E Bridges over NS Gary Branch, (Contract REP002) located northwest of the Gary/Chicago International Airport, Gary, Indiana 46406

 

2)      Dynamic Compaction & Earthwork, on Roland properties, (Contract REP003) located northwest of the Gary /Chicago International Airport, Gary, Indiana 46406. 

  

      Both these project are part of the relocation of E.J. & E.  Railroad

 

This Notice is published in accordance with Indiana Rule 5 (327 IAC 15-5), Erosion Control Plan, regarding storm water run-off associated with construction activity. The construction activity will be at Roland Properties, Gary, Indiana, 46406.

 

Erosion Control Plans for Contracts REP002 & REP003 are available and may be viewed at the office of Gary/Chicago International Airport Road, located at 6001 Airport Road, Gary, Indiana, 46406. Appointment to view the plans may be made by calling (219)/949-4902
